Whether you need confidence for a shy child or discipline and fitness for yourself, IS Kim's Martial Arts offers martial arts training tailored to you in Pleasant Hill. Our classes focus on Taekwondo, with a mix of strength and endurance work, kicking, forms, sparring and takedowns.
We teach respect, discipline and attention, and our more experienced students are taught to lead and help newer students find their footing. Families tell us their kids come home more confident, more respectful and more comfortable with others, and we're glad to see that growth happen.
