We tailor each class to the people in it, whether you're a complete beginner, returning from an injury, or simply want to unwind after a long week of sitting at a desk. Our instructor reads your body closely and makes thoughtful, hands-on adjustments that help you relax into poses and move a little deeper, safely.

We bring our own clean mats, blocks and supplies to your location, so there's nothing to set up before you begin. Sessions leave our students feeling more energized, grounded and at ease, and we close each one with a few thoughtful touches like warm towels and hot chocolate.
