Based in Grand Lake, Oakland, Integrity In Motion offers hands-on structural bodywork, including Rolfing-style fascia release, for clients across Oakland and the East Bay. Our most popular approach is a 10-session series, tailored to each person's goals, whether that's easing long-standing back, shoulder, or hip pain, or restoring alignment after an injury.
We work through the body as a connected system, adjusting the sessions as we go so the work fits where you are rather than following a fixed formula. Our touch is gentle and precise, and we take time to explain what we're doing and why, so you always know what to expect.
Many of our clients are active people, including pilates practitioners, dancers, and those recovering from injury or surgery, who want to move freely again. Sessions are informative and approachable, and we aim to make each visit both effective and enjoyable.
