Based in Berkeley, Innerstellar Pilates Studio provides Pilates and yoga classes for students across Berkeley and the East Bay. Our group and private Pilates sessions are designed around your individual limitations, and our teachers take the time to adapt each movement so you can work comfortably and progress safely.
We use consent chips so you can always indicate whether you're comfortable with hands-on adjustments, and every class is open to any level. Our classes are focused on chronic pain reduction and healing, and our instructors regularly include stretches for the hands, shoulders and neck, which many of our students find especially helpful after long hours at a screen.
Our studio is a stylish, welcoming space, with a warm front desk team and a laid-back, inclusive atmosphere.
Newcomers are welcome to try a class, and you can book through our booking page.
