About
Strength, stamina, and confidence: that's what we offer at Inner Athlete, a gym in San Leandro serving the East Bay with group fitness classes and personal training. Our trainers meet you wherever you are today, whether you're aiming to get in better shape for life or to compete.
Our group classes run throughout the week, so members can build a routine that fits their schedule. We also run free community classes and outdoor bootcamp sessions for neighbors across San Leandro and the surrounding East Bay.
Many of our members come to us with a clear goal, and our coaches help them set expectations, track progress, and adjust along the way. Our programs also cover nutrition and healthy habits, so the results carry over into everyday life.
Stop by or call to ask about a class or training package that fits your goals.
