About
Families across Hayward and the East Bay turn to Impact Martial Arts for karate and kickboxing classes that build strength, good form and discipline at every age. Young students start early and grow through the full martial arts curriculum, while adults can join kickboxing sessions that are pushed hard but guided with care.
Our instructors keep a positive, encouraging atmosphere, and we make room for students who come in with an injury or a particular need. Our teaching style is built around steady progress and real self-confidence, so every student leaves class a little stronger than they arrived.
