At ILDO TAEKWONDO, we help families and adults across Sunnyvale and the Heritage District build strength, discipline and confidence through Taekwondo. Our classes serve both kids and adults, with a challenging, well-structured program that pushes every student past their limits in a supportive way.
Our instructor brings energy, deep technical knowledge and a competitive spirit to every session, and he demonstrates each technique himself so students can see proper form up close.
