About
At Hot Spot Yoga Oakland, we help people across Oakland and the East Bay find a yoga practice that meets them where they are. Our heated classes take place in a spacious, clean studio in the Produce and Waterfront neighborhood, warm enough for those who love a hot practice.
Our teachers are friendly and welcoming, and they work with students at every level, from those seeking gentle movement to those ready for a real challenge. We aim to create a space free of judgement, where you can focus on your breath and your own progress.
Our new location has quickly become a welcome addition to the neighborhood, and we're proud to be part of its community.
