About
For martial arts and self-defense training in Union City, Hernandez Martial Arts is here to help. We run a welcoming, family-oriented school for kids and families across Union City and the East Bay.
Our instructors care deeply about each child's growth, and we work to build confidence, discipline and good character in every student. We teach karate and self-defense in a respectful, supportive environment where students are encouraged while still being challenged to do their best.
Families tell us they appreciate our flexibility with busy schedules, so students can keep learning and progressing. Many of our families have been with us for years, and we're proud to see our students grow in confidence and positivity.
