About
Looking for lymphatic massage and deep tissue work in Oakland? Healing Essence Lymphatic Massage and More offers customized bodywork in the Grand Lake neighborhood, tailored to what your body needs at each visit.
Clients come to us for relief from chronic neck, shoulder and upper back tension, and we take the time to find and release the trigger points and knots that are causing discomfort. We use a range of modalities, including lymphatic drainage, and we adjust every session to the way your body feels that day.
We listen closely, ask questions and make sure we understand what is going on before we begin, so each treatment is both effective and comfortable. Many of our clients tell us they feel deeply relaxed, held and at ease during their sessions, and they leave feeling restored.
We serve people across Oakland and the East Bay who want thoughtful, attentive bodywork from a practitioner who knows the body well.
