About
For remodeling, ADU construction and decks in Berkeley, Green Living Builders, LLC is here to help. We are a general contracting and remodeling firm serving Berkeley and homeowners across Alameda County, with work spanning kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions, decks and backyard ADU cottages.
Our team takes a careful, collaborative approach, working from clients' designs and coordinating closely with engineers on structural details, such as removing a bearing wall to open up a kitchen. We keep clients informed at every stage, and our crews and subcontractors are known for being prompt, organized and tidy on site.
Many of our projects come from homeowners who return to us for their next build, which we take as a sign that we've earned their trust. We also give back through community building, including Habitat for Humanity projects and Tiny Homes for unhoused young adults in the Bay Area.
If you're planning a project in Berkeley or nearby, we'd welcome the chance to talk it through with you by phone or in person.
