About
Whether you need structural retrofitting for an older home or a full interior remodel, Feraru & Associates Building and Design Inc offers general contracting and design services tailored to you. As a family-owned business serving Berkeley and Alameda County, we handle projects from earthquake retrofitting and structural reinforcement to kitchens, bathrooms, decks, garage slabs, drainage, and hardwood floors.
Our process starts with careful design planning, including architect-led options for projects such as accessory dwelling units, and we provide thorough, transparent estimates so you know the scope and cost before work begins. We take pride in solving problems creatively, especially on challenging sites with limited access, and we keep our communication open so you're never left guessing about how your project is progressing.
Our team is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, and we work to keep every job site clean and on schedule.
