About
Gilroy and South County families turn to GFF Gilroy Family Fitness for a clean, well-equipped place to train that suits the whole household. We keep our weights and machines clean and spacious, so you can usually find an open station for whatever you're training without waiting in line.
Our staff is friendly and eager to help members at any time, whether you're just starting out or fine-tuning a routine. For parents, we offer a kids room where little ones can be looked after while older kids and adults work out nearby.
Our floor has plenty of chest equipment and squat racks for strength training, plus a dedicated crossfit area for our Triple Threat members. We also offer a free 10-day training trial for newcomers who want to see whether our gym is the right fit.
Visit us in person or call to learn more about memberships and get started.
