LOVEHER GYM brings women in Gilroy and across Santa Clara County a supportive space for strength training, where personal coaching focuses on proper form and building strength safely. Our trainers take the time to teach each movement well, encouraging you to challenge yourself while honoring where your body is each day.
Our approach is holistic: we care about your mind and spirit as much as your physical health, and our coaches draw on their own healing journeys to create an empowering, positive environment. Our small gym atmosphere feels like a community of women who support one another, and many of our members find they look forward to their workouts and feel the difference in their bodies over time.
