For postnatal and prenatal fitness in Santa Rosa, Fit4mom Santa Rosa | Windsor is here to help. We run a supportive fitness community for moms, with classes that move from stroller workouts and barre to run club, yoga and virtual sessions that fit around busy schedules.
Our instructors are happy to offer modifications, so you can keep training comfortably through pregnancy and return to exercise at your own pace. Many of our members have been with us for years, and our Run Club has taken moms out to local races, building both strength and confidence.
