About
Based in Newark, Fit@PRC offers a gym with free weights, strength machines and cardio equipment, plus group classes such as Zumba, for the Alameda County community it serves. The facility is clean and well kept, and our friendly staff make every visit feel welcoming.
Towels and showers with shampoo are provided, so you can arrive, train and head straight back to your day. We're a convenient, no-fuss option that pairs real free weights with the cardio and classes you'd expect from a full gym.
Our access is for tenants of the PRC complex, and you register through our website and check in at the front desk on each visit.
