About
Whether you're seeking relief from chronic tension or simply want to move with greater ease, Feldenkrais International offers holistic practices tailored to you. We are a holistic practice based in San Rafael, serving people across Marin County and the wider North Bay.
Our work centers on the Feldenkrais Method, a gentle approach to movement and body awareness that helps you learn new, more comfortable ways of moving. Each session is unhurried and designed around your own pace, so you can explore movement without strain.
We take the time to explain what we're doing and why, so you feel informed and at ease throughout. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing everyday stiffness, or looking to deepen your body awareness, we meet you where you are.
Call or stop by our San Rafael office to find out whether our approach is the right fit for you.
