Faith Personal Training and Hypnotherapy

Faith Personal Training and Hypnotherapy brings personal training, yoga and hypnotherapy together in one holistic practice for clients in El Cerrito and across Contra Costa County. Our sessions are built around each client's goals, whether that means building strength, improving flexibility or working toward lasting change in how you think and feel.

We combine personal training and yoga with stretching, targeted exercises and cupping, tailoring every session to your body and your needs. Many clients also add hypnotherapy, which we use to support new perspectives, calm the mind and move toward the outcomes you want.

We bring a warm, encouraging approach to every session, with close attention to form and clear feedback so you always know you are making progress. We have worked with clients on everything from injury recovery and range of motion to healthier eating habits, and we also offer sessions online for those who prefer to train from home.
