Equipoized

Whether you need relief from stiffness and tension or a calmer way to move through your day, Equipoized offers restorative fitness training tailored to you. Our classes in Sunnyvale focus on how muscles, fascia and the skeleton work together, so you understand the reasons behind each movement.

Many of our clients come to us with tight shoulders, neck and back from long hours at the computer. We teach a range of therapy ball and roller techniques that help work out knots and release tension, and we send you home with tools you can use whenever you need them.

Our hands-on, patient approach has helped people across Sunnyvale and the Silicon Valley area build better body awareness and move with more ease.
