Based in Adams Point, Oakland, Embody + Sol Holistic Care provides lymph drainage therapy, massage and body work for clients across Oakland and the East Bay. We take a holistic approach, combining modalities such as lymphatic drainage, craniosacral work, orthopedic and Swedish massage to suit what your body needs in the moment.
Our sessions are gentle and nurturing, and we take the time to really listen, sense and assess what each client needs so you feel seen and cared for. Many of our clients come to us for relief from chronic inflammation, tension and post-surgery or cancer-related care, and they often leave feeling relaxed, uplifted and clear-headed.
Our treatment room is calm and peaceful, close to Lake Merritt, and we work personally with every client on their healing journey.
