Dragons Den MMA is a martial arts gym in Union City, Alameda County, focused on building skill, confidence and a sense of family for students of all ages. We offer a range of classes including Kajukenbo, boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, youth Muay Thai, Eskrima, an all women's kickboxing class, a coed fitness class and yoga.
