About
Whether you need a calm place to stretch after a long day or a steady practice you can grow with, Delta Lotus Yoga offers yoga classes in Oakland's Glenview neighborhood that are welcoming to every level. Our classes are well paced and calming, and our instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging, paying close attention to where each student is in their practice.
We also offer craniosacral therapy alongside our yoga, so you can find support for both body and mind in one place. Whether you are just beginning or have been practicing for years, you will find room to move at your own speed.
Students across Glenview and the East Bay come to us to leave feeling refreshed and a little more relaxed.
