About
Gentle touch, deep relaxation, and lasting release: that's what we offer at Deirdre Hormel, CMT Trager & Craniosacral massage. We are a Sebastopol practice bringing Trager and craniosacral bodywork to clients across Sonoma County and the North Bay.
Our sessions are tailored to each person, and we take time to understand your concerns before we begin. Many clients come to us for chronic pain, and we adjust our pressure to whatever your body needs, from the lightest touch to something deeper.
During a session, you may notice subtle but meaningful shifts as tension releases and your body finds greater balance. Our work is warm, attentive, and unhurried, and we genuinely care about supporting your healing.
