About
For yoga, acupuncture and meditation in East Peralta, Deep Roots Urban Refuge is here to help. We offer a calm, welcoming space in Oakland where you can slow down, reconnect with your body and find some quiet in the middle of a busy week.
Our yoga classes are designed to meet you where you are, whether you are new to the practice or returning after a long break. We also provide acupuncture and guided meditation, so you can build a routine that supports both your physical and mental well-being.
Our approach is grounded in care and attention, and we take the time to understand what you need before suggesting a path forward. We are proud to serve neighbors across East Peralta, Oakland and the wider East Bay who are looking for a steady, restorative place to practice.
Book your first visit through our website or give us a call to find the right class or session for you.
