At Chang's Tae Kwon Do, we help families and students across Santa Rosa and Sonoma County build strength, fitness and confidence through taekwondo and self-defense training. Our instructor, Master Chang, knows how to connect with kids and teens, keeping classes fun while teaching real discipline and focus.
