About
For martial arts classes in Antioch, Champions Martial Arts Academy is here to help families across Contra Costa County build confidence, discipline and respect. Our instructors take the time to explain every technique to every student, and our head instructor works to inspire each person to give their best.
Beyond the traditional martial arts curriculum, we teach practical life skills, including personal safety, how to handle bullying and how to stay focused on goals. Students are encouraged to look for ways to enrich the lives of the people around them, and they document their acts of random kindness as part of their training.
Families who have been with us for years tell us how much their children have grown, and we are proud to be a welcoming, family-friendly school for every age.
