Based in Antioch, Team Dumdumaya offers Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing and martial arts classes for kids and adults across Antioch and the East Bay. Our coaching is straightforward and focused on conditioning and technique, and our kids programs help students build discipline, hard work and confidence alongside their skills.
Our training is competition-oriented, with a low-pressure, family-friendly atmosphere where students of every level are welcome. Our instructors balance group instruction with one-on-one attention, and our culture keeps things friendly, with plenty of humor and respectful, competitive rolling.
