Centered Studio Pilates brings reformer and mat Pilates, plus barre classes, to San Leandro and the East Bay. Our studio is calm, quiet and very clean, with small classes of seven students so every client receives individual attention.
Our experienced instructors take time to explain each movement and help you focus on the right muscles, whether you are just starting out or have practiced for years. Many of our clients train with us for the long haul, and we are proud to support their goals for strength, flexibility and pain relief.
We offer both group classes and private one-on-one sessions, so you can build a routine that suits your needs. Our approach is supportive and encouraging, and we always listen when you need to pace yourself.
