About
Castro Valley Yoga brings a wide range of yoga classes to Castro Valley and the surrounding East Bay communities. We offer Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative classes, so students at every level can find a practice that suits them.
Our instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable, and they are glad to help you find your footing whether you are new to yoga or returning to the mat. Our studio is clean, calm and serene, a relaxing space to leave the day behind.
Many of our students make a morning flow part of their daily routine, and visitors from out of town have told us they would return often if they lived nearby. We are also planning a new location soon, so keep an eye on our news as we grow.
Book online through our website, or stop by to try a class.
