About
Based in Pacifica, Capoeira Ijexa Coastside @Thrive offers martial arts training rooted in capoeira for students across Pacifica and the Coastside. We welcome people of all ages and experience levels into a supportive, community-minded class where movement, music and discipline come together.
Our classes build strength, flexibility and coordination while helping students develop confidence and focus. Whether you are trying capoeira for the first time or returning to a practice you already love, we meet you where you are.
We are proud to serve families and neighbors across the Coastside and the wider San Mateo County area.
