Terra Nova Fitness, LLC is a personal training gym in Pacifica, San Mateo County, focused on coached strength training and fitness programs built around each member's starting point. Our coaches guide and encourage you through every workout, adjusting exercises to work around any limitations and building from there.
We also offer realistic, approachable nutrition guidance, along with accountability check-ins and regular body scans to track your progress. Our studio is intentionally kept small, so you get individual attention on your form and results, and the classes never feel crowded.
Members range from women and men of all ages, abilities and body types, and our workouts rotate every four weeks so you're always moving forward.
