CA Sculpt Pilates is a Pilates studio in Belmont focused on small-group and private sessions that feel personal and attentive. Our classes are capped at six people, so every session leaves room for individual guidance on form, posture and technique.
We offer the full range of Pilates services, from group classes and small groups to one-on-one private sessions tailored to each client's body and goals. Many of our clients tell us they notice real gains in strength and flexibility, and some find that old aches and pains ease over time.
