Bay Area Boxing brings boxing, Muay Thai and kickboxing classes to Belmont and the Peninsula. Our coaches take the time to explain every technique with care, so students of all levels build real skill along with strong conditioning.
Our classes are challenging but positive, and many members tell us they come back every week for the energy and the sense of community. We also welcome young athletes, offering kids' self-defense classes alongside our adult programs.
