BZB personal fitness

BZB personal fitness is based in Newark, offering personal training to clients across the Alameda County area. We design one-on-one fitness sessions around each client's goals, whether that means building strength, improving endurance or getting back into a regular routine.

Our approach is focused and personal, with training adjusted to your experience level and progress as you go. We work with busy adults and beginners alike, bringing structure and accountability to every session.
