BreakFree Fitness and Wellness brings personal training, group classes and sports therapy to Hayward and the surrounding East Bay communities. Our coaches take the time to understand each person's body, goals and history, so every program is built around what you actually need and how you're feeling that day.
Many of our members come to us after injuries or surgeries, and we work with them patiently on rehab and recovery, with a focus on steady, measurable progress. Beyond one-on-one sessions, we offer group classes throughout the week and weekend bootcamps that keep training energetic and social.
Newcomers often tell us they never feel intimidated here, and we think of ourselves as a close-knit community where people support one another.
