Boxstarz Academy

Whether you need a full-body workout or a fresh way to build confidence, Boxstarz Academy offers boxing-based training tailored to you. Our coaches are experienced, encouraging and personable, and they take the time to correct your technique so you can keep improving.

We switch up our curriculum regularly so every session stays fresh and engaging. Alongside bag work, our coaches lead pad work with you directly, which keeps workouts dynamic and far more hands-on than punching a bag alone.

We serve members across Pleasant Hill and the East Bay who want a supportive, high-energy place to train. Ready to get started?
