BODYROK Sonoma- Pilates brings affordable reform Pilates classes to Sonoma and the surrounding Sonoma County community. Our studio offers a range of class times, seven days a week, so you can find the right fit for your schedule.
Our instructors are known for their passion, patience and attention to form, and they'll happily adjust your posture or demonstrate a move when you're struggling with it. Many of our members come to us for injury rehab and prevention, and some have found that regular classes have eased chronic back pain.
We welcome aging dancers, athletes, fitness instructors and anyone who wants to build strength and feel more confident with every session.
