Whether you're a first-timer curious about hot yoga or a longtime practitioner looking for a steady routine, Bikram Oakland offers traditional Bikram Yoga tailored to you. Our classes follow the authentic 90-minute Bikram sequence, taught only by certified Bikram instructors who guide every student with patience and care.

Our Grand Lake studio sits in an upstairs space overlooking the Lakeshore Theater, and it offers showers, changing areas for men and women, and water on hand. Mats and towels are available to rent if you forget your own, and bottled water is available for purchase.
