Based in Hayward, Bay Area Fight Academy offers martial arts, self-defense and fitness classes for families and adults across the East Bay. Our training covers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing and strength and conditioning, so members can pick what suits their goals.
