Atelier Sculpt brings small-group reformer Pilates and heated mat classes to Palo Alto and the Peninsula. Our studio keeps classes intimate, with only six reformers, so every client gets close attention and clear, personalized cues from the instructor.
Our instructors offer variations for every exercise, so classes feel welcoming whether you are brand new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner. Strength-focused reformer sessions and a Tower Burn class add extra challenge for those who want to build core strength and stamina.
