About
At AstaYoga, we help Mission neighborhood and San Francisco yogis of all levels build strength, focus and a steady daily practice. Our upbeat studio centers on Ashtanga-based classes for both kids and adults, along with yoga teacher training for those ready to go deeper.
Our teachers are advanced practitioners who guide students through thoughtfully structured sequences, with classes designed to support a wide range of skill levels, from first-time beginners to seasoned Ashtangis. Students often tell us they leave class with new strength and a clearer sense of their own progress, and that the space is open, clean and welcoming.
We also value the community we've built here, where classes are often followed by time to connect and share a cup of chai.
