Based in Antioch, Antioch Jiu-Jitsu offers Brazilian jiu-jitsu training for students across Antioch and the East Bay. Our academy welcomes everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, and we take pride in building a friendly, family-oriented community where people feel at home from their first day on the mats.
Our instructors bring a great deal of knowledge to every class, combining intense, rigorous training with a supportive environment that helps students grow in skill and confidence. Many of our members have trained with us for years, and whole families regularly train together and see real progress both on and off the mats.
