About
Allison Ayer, Massage is a massage therapy practice in Oak Center, Oakland, focused on deep tissue work and targeted relief for chronic neck, shoulder and postural pain. We take the time to listen closely to what you are experiencing, so every session is personalized and we never rush.
Our approach combines deep tissue massage with neurological bodywork, and we adjust the pressure so that it is firm and effective without becoming too intense. Clients often leave with better range of motion and posture, and we are happy to explain our methods as we work so you understand what is happening.
We serve clients across Oakland and the East Bay who are looking for careful, attentive bodywork.
Book through Calendly.
