For mental health support for young people in San Mateo, allcove San Mateo is here to help. We welcome young people aged 12 to 25 to drop in and spend time with us, whether you need support or just a place to connect.
Our center brings together a range of services under one roof, covering mental health, physical health, substance use, education and employment opportunities. We also offer support for families, so the people closest to you can get guidance too.
Everything we offer is free, and our space is LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safespace. Our peers are part of what we do, so you'll find a supportive community here among others your age.
