About
Alex Romeo Massage Therapy brings detailed, attentive massage work to Temescal and the wider Oakland community. Clients who rely on regular sessions, including active runners, often come back for deep tissue work that is tailored to what their bodies need each visit.
Alex takes time to listen, explains what they notice during the session, and looks beyond the surface to understand the cause of issues like shoulder pain. Many clients say they feel comfortable speaking up about pressure or what isn't working, which makes this a welcoming space for people who have never had a massage before.
The focus is on finding and easing long-held knots and improving posture over time, so each session builds on the last.
