About
At Alex Mart, Craniosacral Therapy & Gentle Bodywork, we help people in Rockridge and across Oakland and Alameda County ease stress, tension and the strain that comes with life's bigger transitions, including pregnancy and grief. Our craniosacral sessions are gentle and hands-on, and we focus on what each client needs, so you can tell us what feels right and what doesn't at any point.
Many clients tell us they arrive feeling tense and leave noticeably lighter in body, mind and spirit, often after drifting into a deep, restful state during the session. We take time to explain the science behind the work, so you understand what is happening as your nervous system settles.
We are especially glad to welcome first-time clients who are curious about craniosacral work or who simply need a calm, supportive space to recharge.
