About
Based in Grand Lake, Oakland, Alchemy Massage & Movement Therapy provides therapeutic massage, bodywork, movement therapy and yoga for clients across Oakland and the East Bay. We build every session around what you share with us, so each visit is a little different and tailored to your body and your needs.
Our approach is intuitive and attentive, and we take time to explain each step of the experience so you always feel informed and at ease. We create a safe, comfortable space with thoughtful touch, warmth, soft lighting and aromatherapy, designed to help you settle in and let go.
Many clients return to us for relief from back tension and ongoing physical stress, and they leave feeling restored and rejuvenated.
