Akasha Christy CMT

Akasha Christy CMT is a massage therapy practice in Lynn, Oakland, focused on deep, intentional bodywork that works with muscle and fascia to release long-held tension. We serve clients across Oakland and the East Bay, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to people working through stubborn foot pain and postural strain.

Our sessions begin with an assessment of how you walk, stand, and sit, so we can address the patterns your body has been carrying for years. We also offer multi-week programs that build steadily, and we are transparent about the process and cost so you know what to expect before you begin.

Many of our clients tell us they leave feeling taller, lighter, and more at ease in their bodies, and our work has also helped people with nervous system and trauma-related concerns, with patience and care at every step.
