Adhoc Therapy is a counseling and psychotherapy practice in Los Altos focused on personal growth, relationships and mental health support for clients across Santa Clara County. We offer individual therapy and relationship counseling in a supportive, non-judgmental setting, and we're proud to be LGBTQ+ friendly.
Our approach is thoughtful and empathetic: we take time to listen closely, never rush sessions, and help each client build practical techniques for the challenges they're facing. We also offer walk-and-talk sessions, where you can work through your thoughts on a walk through a nearby local park, combining fresh air and movement with conversation.
