About
For sports massage and deep tissue work in Pleasant Hill, 4 Therapeutic Kneads is here to help you move better and feel better. Our approach is built around listening: we adjust pressure, focus areas and depth as you tell us what you need, whether that's relief from chronic pain, recovery from an old sports injury or simply a relaxing session.
Many of our clients have been coming to us for years, and they value how we cure what's bothering them while making sure every session feels comfortable and tailored to their body. We welcome clients from across Pleasant Hill and the surrounding East Bay who want focused, responsive bodywork.
